how do you improvise a song? based on the data u have at hand such the chord you pressed currently...the scale, key, and the song...how do you choose the next chord to play tk make it as consonant/simialr to the song?

A lot of practice. After a while, it can come naturally if you spend enough time piddling around on a keyboard. That even goes for people who have no formal musical training or understanding of music theory terminology.
